I have some side effects, like headache, bowels not as bad as with gabapentin, I’m hoping these will pass, my question is should I be taking iron tablets, I do take
multivitamins
in the morning.

Is this thyroid or perimenopause or something else?
My levothyroxine dose got changed from 75 daily to 4 days of 75 and 3 days of 100, I also started taking
multivitamins
and my weight went up a few pounds. Things improved dramatically until 2 weeks ago when the same thing happened again. All the same symptoms returned.

The eternal supplement conundrum!
Like us all, I’ve digested all of the books and all of the blogs 🤞🏻 Currently I’m on Pregnacare Conception
multivitamins
which I appreciate isn’t the top quality but is in our budget, plus CoQ10 Ubiquinone 300mg twice a day (thanks to this page), plus Optibac conception probiotics and prescribed ferritin

over 40 conception
So have been taking coenzyme q10, regularly, as well as low dose melatonin, and omega 3 oils, folic acid and
multivitamins
. Also undergoing acupuncture and light therapy to improve egg quality. I’ve read about some evidence of the above with improving egg quality.

I have done some research on line and found that apparently Biotin can affect test results, this seems to be in all
multivitamins
. Also someone recommended taking 200mg selenium for under active thyroid. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thank you 😀.

13 month old in movicol. Overwhelmed
He had covid, and other colds, was weaning and started on
multivitamins
with iron. Since then I think we’ve successsfully weaned (still breastfed) and now on
multivitamins
without iron.

Need inputs on Abi side-effects for bed-ridden patient
Taking Zolodex 10.8 every 3 months for last 2 years with some regular tablets like hypertension,
multivitamins
etc. First time in 2 years PSA is starting to go up, so wanted feedback. Overall physical condition is largely same and no visible changes/deterioration.

Supplement Suggestions
I have been taking
multivitamins
but not sure if I should continue with these or just take just folic acid? I will continue with vitamin d but not sure what else. Should I be taking early pregnancy vitamins? thanks 😊

Which is true, because I can't take any
multivitamins
(they are all encoated and come out my bag whole) and I can't tolerate veggies, I am a fat, yet malnourished person. The calories in the chewy vitamins are too high and are bad for teeth.

Some hope!
I still take magnesium, and also take some
multivitamins
and omega 3 for my general health and wellbeing in the hopes that that will in turn make me healthier and help me be well. I most definitely do not spend time searching online or writing a Tinnitus journal or watching videos etc.
