Hi Bristolgirl, our Dietician prescribed Fresubin a concentrated food suppliment, when my wife's intake of food reduced. It comes as a liquid or "yogurt" consistency, vanilla, banana or chocolate flavour, if I remember correctly. I hope this helps 🙏

Your choice sounds good! EVEry body is individual, and your body changes constantly. Best get an App/Kin pro or a dowser to check out every 6 weeks or so. Organic vegetarian diet to give ur body best chance. Alzheimers recommended best diet (Google) is "Mediterranean organic." Go seek!

I am doing those and lots more. Incl homeopathic, red light therapy, lions mane etc. Now 81 diagnosis 5 yrs ago. Have written up as 4- A4 pages.I will send if you give me email address.

Best wishes in ur search. Timbow xx

Hi Bristolgirl,

There are desserts, which are a cross between yoghurts and mousses, which a jam packed full or calories, energy and nutrients. Your local expert should know the brands available to you.

I found these right at the end and didnt quite get deliveries scheduled before David passed away, but he had a trial pack and liked them, and he was wuite picky, so I think they are pretty good.

They are thicker so can be swallowed more easily.
