B12 Injections
Hello, I have been feeling quite unwell with intense fatigue and a myriad of other issues since January 2023. I have sibo and gastritis. My b12 and folate were checked and my folate came back at 2.7 which is low. My b12 however looked ok at around 500. I began to supplement with folinic acid (800mcg

Hawthorn supplement helped
I have had paroxysmal AF for several years, but episodes were getting more frequent and lasting longer in the past year. I am a 53 yo female, slim build, never smoked, in good health otherwise. My mom had AF (tachycardia) for 40 yrs and my brother has V tach, so it's very much genetic. I saw the cardiologist

Low adjusted calcium level
Is there any link between thyroid issues and a low adjusted calcium level? Vitamin D is higher in the range around 100 (I take 3,000IU per day) plus was on a multivitamin as well. It has never been a problem previously but two blood tests in the last year (since starting levothyroxine) have shown a low

Which is true, because I can't take any
multivitamins
(they are all encoated and come out my bag whole) and I can't tolerate veggies, I am a fat, yet malnourished person. The calories in the chewy vitamins are too high and are bad for teeth.

Vitamins
I have done some research on line and found that apparently Biotin can affect test results, this seems to be in all
multivitamins
. Also someone recommended taking 200mg selenium for under active thyroid. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thank you 😀.

Pregnacare gummies
I take pregnacare gummies for my pre natal vitamin as I really struggle with large tablets or capsules.I have to admit although I thought they were quite sweet it's only today I've looked at the ingredients and I'm a bit horrified by how much sugar and syrup is in them. The liquid is disgusting. Any

Safe to Take Iodine?
Hi all, I've had thyroid tests which all came back as normal except I had what appears to be elevated FT4 levels, 3 endocrinologists have reassured me that I do not have hyperthyroidism. They emphasized the importance of considering all test results together. I'm underweight, struggling to gain weight

hi lovely pregnant ladies , can anyone recommend the best supplements to be on which have the full omega 3 dha levels of 500mg in . I am on pregnacare max but it’s advising an additional 200 mg of dha on top of what it has which is 300. I don’t eat any fish so really want to be fully supplemented

Pregnacare
I've been taking this for around a year now. I've also been taking CoQ10 & Omega 3. I'm looking to add magnesium & zinc into my supplement library. Pregnacare looks like it has very low doses of everything anyway. Can someone recommend a folic acid that I should take? I'm thinking of just taking everything

Blood results within range. Is this a problem?
Hi all,
I posted this query a few days ago and it was kindly analysed for me by greygoose (comments further down). However, I didn't understand what he/she was telling me - so I wonder if anyone could explain for me? Do the results indicate hypothyroidism? Do I need meds or can I tweak via
