Bladder filling quickly- help!
The original triggers seemed to be either tablets (
multivitamins
, etc.) which i've stopped taking, or things like fizzy drinks, which I've stopped drinking. However I had it two nights ago and I'd had nothing that would obviously be a trigger.

Making sense of supplements
hi everyone, having been on the forum now for four days and reading lots of posts about various supplements that may help with improving egg quality - I have a few questions: - I’m currently taking CoQ10 (as recommended by my doc) but just one 200mg tab once a day as it suggests on the bottle, whereas

I don’t have a consultation to discuss this until 1st February and got the results only because clinic has provided scans of

hello everyone. Recently saw a vitamin on Amazon created by Nephrologists (I think). Lots of reviews on Amazon and other sources mention that it lowered their creatinine. Anyone else heard of these renal vitamins and benefits before?? I have my dad (testing) whose creatinine went from less

Hello all, I'll try to keep this as short as possible! Background: Vegan since 2012, vegetarian from 2007. I stopped multivitamin that contained 160 mcg of B12 in July 2021 until late July 2022. Dietary intake 1 mcg b12 /day for a year (swapped out soy milk for another version and it wasn't fortified

Hello, my son (5 y/o) was diagnosed with anxiety and dysregulated anger and aggression disorder about 1 year ago (children's mental health professional). He was then diagnosed with ADHD about 3 months ago (physiologist). I now have a clearer understanding that the ladder diagnosis has much to do with

MULTIVITAMINS IN SPRAY FORM FOR A VEGETARIAN 16 YEARS OLD GIRL
I look at spray
multivitamins
but the dosage did not seem good enough. The BetterYou range. Are there any others? To be honest I don’t know what to do for the best. I don’t want to waste money on products that are not good enough or products she can’t take (not able to swallow).

Hi Sue
I take 1200 mg gabapentin but in bed, 600mg getting into bed, and then 600mg in the middle of the night. This is partly because I have mild ADHD and am quite forgetful. But I don't suffer from RLS anything like some of the poor folk on here. Also I take the following supplements . 1g of vit c. 300 mg

magnesium glycinate and pregnancy
Knowing that lots of you take magnesium glycinate, have any of you taken it safely during pregnancy? Slightly off topic as I’m enquiring for my daughter who does not have a thyroid problem but is in the first trimester of pregnancy and is only sleeping about three hours a night. I suggested magnesium
