Hi, I’ll be having frozen embryo transfer in a week what supplements and quantities should I take? Currently on pregnacare, Ubiquinol- 400g, omega, vitamin D 1000 IU should I add Vitamin E and l-arginine I’d so what dosage? Thank you x

I would run it by your clinic. The nurses are better able to advise you as they’ve done your blood tests and can recommend supplements. My transfer is tomorrow - fingers crossed for both of us x

hey, before my transfer I was advised probiotics, omega and vit D by my acupuncturist. Hope that helps!
