Pregnacare or Seven Seas
I'm due to start our 1st cycle and i have been taking seven seas trying for a baby vitamins as the pregnacare tablets are HUGE!! i struggle to take tablets anyway but i was just wondering if anyone else has taken anything else or what your thoughts are on taking pregnacare or if anyone has any advice

Can anybody advise on a good multivitamin liquid supplement plus minerals. I have a friend that I am concerned about but she just laughs off many obvious symptoms - I think in denial - her memory is absolutely terrible, she is tired but hyper if that makes sense. What supplements do people take?
I've been taking pregnacare, milk thistle, omegas and desicated beef liver since end of April. I feel I have more energy since and I feel better in myself. But id like to know what other things people are taking? Thanks X

Hi all! Full blood tests at end of post but starting with my questions! I am hypothyroid taking 100mcg of levothyroxine. As this thread has become really long I'm going to start a second about my other vitamins etc (will add link!) So I had a recent blood test which shows that my vitamin D is still deficient

Any advice please - disappointing endo consult

". That was it. She blamed my hypo symptoms on my vegan diet and I didn't have the presence of mind to point out that both my daughters have been vegan longer than I and they are both very slender, fit and strong living very full lives.

Euthyrox Pill and Multivitamins - Advice Please !!
Hi, I have been taking my Thyroid pill, Euthyrox 25mcg, half hour before the breakfast. Then i take my Centrum Performance Multivitamin, Vit D3 1000iu, Omega3 1000mg, Vit C 1000mg, K2 100mcg and a Probiotic with afternoon meal which is always at least 4 hours away from breakfast for absorption purposes
