What supplements do people take?
I've been taking pregnacare, milk thistle, omegas and desicated beef liver since end of April. I feel I have more energy since and I feel better in myself. But id like to know what other things people are taking?
Cranberry pills, B12 supplements, calcium
I've never heard of dessicated beef liver being used currently, is it for b12?
I take b12,magnesium, vitamin d3, selenium, and iodine. But only under a doctor's watch, particularly for the iodine. And fish oil.
I read about it being good for detoxing the liver so thought I'd give it a try.

I don't know if it is the Vitamin B12 or the combination of all supplements, but I do have less pain and more energy.
