St Johns Wort and knitting
Just wondering if any takes St Johns Wort, I took it years ago but can't remember if it made any difference. I have started taking them again and wonder how long it takes before you notice any difference. I have noticed the brand I buy has been repackaged with 'help with low mood' not mentioning depression

Options what options ?Any advice appreciated
Last week my doctor told me I'm not really well enough to work, and should consider my options today my employer of 16 years offered to pay me a compromise package of three months wages as I am clearly struggling to continue and they will terminate my contract due to ill health. My wife has been ill

St. John's Wort
I started taking St John's Wort tablets five days ago and I'm thinking about upping the dose and taking two tablets a day instead of one because it hasn't improved anything, in fact my mood has dipped further as far as me going to bed thinking about how I don't have a future and there's no point caring

Is it possible to get over anxiety without medication or with herbal medicine such as St John's Wort?
I am suffering from anxiety after changing jobs abou 7 months ago. I had been in my old job 9 years and although I was bored was very settled. This is quite different although it's tme same field and I use the same skills. I got stressed because my boss went through a stressful period herself and was

Almost a year!
Mid November 2011, these pains I was feeling, was not like my normal workout pains. it was incredible pain just to turn from side to side while laying in bed. As the weeks progressed the pain got woarse. I would cry just trying to get into bed and laying down. My back, hips, knees, and both shoulders

Sleep issues are not always due to Fibro alone....
I have had Fibro for at least 26 years maybe longer.4 years ago I suffered terrible with sleep problems. Even broke my nose), waking up with heart pumping and totally

Ooh, I'm awake now and I'm so cross!
Hi. Yesterday I did a lot of walking, far more than I usually do. About 15 minutes ago I woke up with a mixture of a dry tongue (due to the CPAP machine I use for sleep apnoea), painful cramp in both inner thighs and RLS in my shoulders and arms (which I don't normally get). I was looking forward to
