Thyroxine and natural antidepressants

Hello, i'm on quite a high dosage of thyroxine (200mg) so I can't take St John's Wort or 5TTP I don't think. I have a good diet and exercise every day but due to some recent events I've been very down and can't snap out of it. Can anyone recommend a herbal antidepressant that won't interfere with my meds? Thanks so much

The best thing I can suggest is Sleep Rescue remedy, must be the sleep one as it helps anxiety and also unwanted thoughts. We all have periods of feeling down , I just think we who are more anxious place more emphasis on it. Wish it wasn't so !! Good luck and hope you are ok soon.
