Misoprostol

(I took misoprostol last time which I found quite traumatic) Thanks for your advice. This never gets easier. 💔

I had Misoprostol medical induced miscarriage on Monday 8th. I had 4 hours of heavy bleeding and extreme cramps on the Monday. Then Tuesday, weds and Thurs I felt physically fine. Then Friday morning in the middle of the night I woke up with extreme cramps again. Not as bad as Monday.

Not sure if it's different because it's an earlier stage, or just because I'm not taking misoprostol, or if the worst is yet to come?

Wednesday morning I take the two Misoprostol pills after breakfast together with Ibuprofen and buscopan (on medical advice). I start bleeding about 1-2 hours after taking them, but not a heavy flow like my normal period. After another 3 hours I take the remaining 2 Misoprostol pills.

I was admitted into hospital yesterday for medical management of my miscarriage. Took 4 tablets at 2pm and started cramping and bleeding really heavy within 2 hours but all stopped at 6pm. Had a further 6 tablets spread out across the evening and the early hours but my body just isn’t responding now

Hi, I’m having a horrible week and have misoprostol tablets to take tonight to help my miscarriage. I had them a couple of years ago, and obviously it’s just dawned on me whether it’s safe to have them again, and if there’s any long term effects which would stop me getting/staying pregnant?

He wants D&C but I read online most women can miscarry naturally or with misoprostol....? (a) Did anyone experience misoprostol and mifeprostone? At how many weeks? I'm 8.5weeks gestation, embryo measured 6.5wk though 7week scan had showed heartbeat... How Pain?..

I had to do misoprostol, twice, at home (despite my pregnancy being right on the edge of the size for that to be safe) then I got an infection.

I was asked to take 4 virginal miSOPROStol (CYTOTEC). Now started with some bleeding. I heard it’s going to be very painful. Anyone has experience with those medications? Also we don’t have anymore embryos.

For stomach problems caused by pred. I don't like what I've read about it and very hesitant about taking it. Would appreciate any advice. It is used for abortion and stomach ulcers, and also if you are on NSAID type drugs, which I don't take.

Hello, I did a medical abortion with misoprostol on 7th of August, the bleeding lasted for 18 days, my second period started on the 11th of September for 8 days instead of normal 5 days please is this normal for I'm worried sick

Unfortunately it ended in an anembryonic sac and I took Misoprostol for management. Previous to this last round I had 2 rounds on ivf with low response and bfns, never anything to freeze, an abandoned cycle due to lack of response through a private clinic, then onto Barcelona for donor eggs.

I am now just 5 days on Bicalutamide 50mg 3 daily untill they will come n give a zoladex 10,8 injection I also hv dicolenacnatrium/ misoprostol 3 daily and 1 tacal d3 for bones. I hv a downbelly that aches, diarea a bit and feel tired but cannot sleep, is this normal?

I just started taking 25mg of Pregabalin 3x a day I have developed a bad nose bleeds I don't know if it's related I never get nose bleeds are nose bleeds a side effect of Pregabalin I am using it with 50 Gms of Diclofenac/Misoprostol which I am taking 2 x daily I also take 1 tab of Jentadueto once
