Incomplete abortion

I had a medical abortion three weeks ago which was incomplete then I took 600mg of misoprostol which I bled for few hours with a little blood clot. I started having a brown discharge then I took another 200mg ( started bleeding since then but not heavy) I went for pelvic scan yesterday , drank a lot and the flow increase but I was told the abortion is not complete yet. This morning I saw a tick tissue. Is it finally coming out

Hello.... I also have an incomplete abortion, well Retained product of conception. I had a surgical 2nd trimester abortion 2 weeks ago. They inserted something in my vagina to dilate my cervix , then I came back 24 hours later to get it suctioned out. Well I was bleeding light after surgery, then stopped. Few days after procedure I bled like a cycle , heavy for about a week, then it stopped. I started getting pelvic pain and pain when I would urinate and pain when I pooped, that was painful. I called the clinic and asked if it was normal, then she told me my cervix was returning to normal size , nothing drastic, then the next day (over last weekend) I took a shower and put my pants on( I wasn’t bleeding so didn’t wear a pad.) I went downstairs and felt a gush of wetness down my legs, checked my pants and it was completely drenched in blood like within less than 10 minutes. I then began to use the restroom and huge blood clots started coming out, I called the nurse and she told me go to nearest ER because it wasn’t normal . I went to ER Sunday, did ultrasound and transvaginal. They saw something 20 mm of what they believe was retained product. I told them I wanted a D&C, but there was no obgyn at the hospital, and was told I would be getting misostropol (600 mg) plus a shot (that would make me bleed) plus morphine for pain. I was told to check back up with obgyn who did operation after I pass it, don’t believe I passed it either. I went home, and I hardly bled , just severe cramping. And randomly would bleed heavy, had a few huge blood clots then nothing . Today is 2nd day since I’ve taken it and not really bleeding either, but passed the biggest blood clot ever . I’m going to call obgyn tomorrow or find a new one.Last time I had rpoc I had to get surgery, D&C plus laparoscopy to scrape my uterus. There’s also a high chance of getting RPOC if you had it before. If I were you, I’d call your obgyn tomorrow to get an ultrasound. They told me if it doesn’t pass naturally, most likely mine won’t , you stand risk of infection, won’t have normal cycle or delayed cycle, and can even die.
