Early period or pregnancy

Hi. I had a missed miscarriage when I had to take Misoprostol in the first week of April. I got my first period on 12 May. Now three weeks later I've been getting pain in my lower abdomen and pink discharge. Do you think I am pregnant again or is it an early period? I never missed my 28 day cycle so concerned if I got one in 23 days.

Sorry to hear about the miscarriage, I suffered a missed miscarriage December last year. Now 9 weeks pregnant again, you could possible be but I found my cycle changed after the miscarriage and it took around 3 months to know when my period was due etc. Maybe speak to your doctor, as I would say take a pregnancy test but mine was showing positive 7 weeks post miscarriage. Atleast with a blood test, they will do one then repeat again in 48 hours to see if the hormone is raising or decreasing and you can know for certain then.

Hope this helps - and good luck x
