Weight Gain *possible trigger warning*
I am now on the
Mirena
coil, and I have zero will power when it comes to food. Mood swings and stress are causing me to emotionally eat, while endo pain and being on my cycle non-stop since I got the
Mirena
inserted have caused an absolute lack of motivation to exercise. In short, I need help!

Mirena Coil - Advice Please!!
At the time of the op I had the
mirena
coil fitted. Since I've had it fitted I'm constantly having hot flushes and was wondering if this is normal or do I need to go see someone about this? Any advice would be great, thanks!

Coil Removal and Other treatments
During the Op I had a
mirena
fitted which has caused nothing but problems since. Its never settled in, spotting and outright bleeding for nearly 4 months with 2 very sharp, painful, very tiring periods in the following months.... I want it out!

Hi ladies, I had a lap at the end of January and the fitting of the
mirena
coil and have been in pain ever since. I have had an ultrasound to make sure the coil is still in place which it is.

Possible blocked tubes
Mind you, this appointment was to discuss taking out my
mirena
as my weight was becoming even harder to control since getting it. Confused, I asked him to take it out then.

life with endometriosis & Mirena coil
Hi everyone, Just wondering how long it took for others to notice improvements in regards to "endo pain" after having the
Mirena
coil fitted? I've only had it nearly 2 weeks and I don't expect for it to work over night.

Hi All, I am wondering whether the
Mirena

Three procedures at once, first time GA, scared!!!
It was so sudden that when I was agreeing I was in such shock (and pain) that I said yes to every procedure my OBGYN said it should be done.So overall they are going to do Hysteroscopy+
Mirena
+Laparoscopy+Treatment to Endometriosis all in one.I see most of the people here have only Laparoscopy.

At WITS end o metriosis Level severe now in bowel...My very quick brief history!!! 1996 - 2017
Mirena
coil. Every pill going...To absolutely no avail. Here I lay in agony, (Again) Ripping myself to pieces with guilt. As my fiance tries to settle. It's the monthly alternate side pelvic pains that are messing me up physically and my mental state is taking a bashing.

Having awful time with Mirena
I feel like I'm losing my mind since I've had my
Mirena
. It's not agreeing with me and I've had constant bleeding and spotting since it was inserted 7 months ago. I'm also feeling really anxious, upset and irritable. I feel like I'm not myself at all.

Mirena Coil - IUD Help
I'm 24, no children, and I had the
Mirena
Coil fitted about 2 weeks ago. I've tried numerous types of contraception and I had side effects from each of them, some I had to be taken off due to migraines. I was offered the coil which was the greatest idea until this point.

Dealing with Endo
They had another look inside 6 months later and saw nothing but put the
Mirena
Coil in to see if it would help. The Coil has helped a lot, my periods stopped and i was mostly pain free from August 2016 - February 2017. The pain has come back and its so frequent and bad sometimes i can't walk.
