Metatarsalgia...
Not running but hiking a marathon in less than 2 weeks but have metatasalgia. Fitness-wise I’m ready but my feet are letting me down. Not sure what I can do. Any advice greatly appreciated! P.s. I don’t wear high heels, tape my feet on long walks and wear the correct shoes... Not sure what else to do

Numb foot.
I’m wondering if I have
Metatarsalgia
? Does anyone else have this problem and know if there’s anything I can do to relieve this issue. I have invested in a good pair of insoles but they don’t seem to be helping. Maybe next step is going to see a podiatrist? Would appreciate any advice.

Pain in ball of foot - how long to rest before I can run?
Had a look on Dr Google and it seems to fit the symptoms for
metatarsalgia
with the feeling like a pebble in the ball of your foot when you walk, so I've cancelled my morning run today. Anyone had similar pain or know how long to rest for?

Just finished Week 3 Run 3 and the outside of my knee hurts - do you think I need physio or rest?
I was devastated because I’ve had major foot problems this last twelve months (
metatarsalgia
, plantar fasciitis , Morton’s neuroma, bursitis,...yes, all at the same time). One year of treatment including orthotics, painful foot injections and only wearing specialist Footwear).

Heel pain - possibly metatarsalgia and plantar fasciitis??
I think I may have plantar fasciitis and
metatarsalgia
(pain under second toe of left foot) and have been scouring YouTube for solutions. So far, only rolling my foot on a golf ball has provided some relief. Any advice and suggestions would be most welcome. Happy running!

Pain in ball of foot or metatarsalgia
So, after two rest days I attempted the first run of week 7, foot was already aching a bit, but can usually carry on. Managed about 10 mins of actual running before it became impossible, and I hobbled home. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it? I am resting up for an extra couple

Metatarsalgia??
So I can’t run for 3/4 weeks. Gutted. GP said rest and lots of ibuprofen. How could I get this far and be pushed backwards by this? I was due to graduate next week 😢

FND & Fibromyalgia
I was tested for
metatarsalgia
with no cause found. I had Doppler tests too. The pain can become very intense after walking just a couple of hundred yards, but at other times it can feel as though I am walking on pebbles with no shoes on. I get foot cramps without exercise.

Pain in Ball of Foot
Google suggests
metatarsalgia
. If anyone has any experience of how to relieve symptoms I would be grateful. Online suggestions say rest and manage weight - I wish! Should add bloods were good when done at the beginning of the year, and I don't feel under medicated.

Metatarsalgia
For the past year or so I have been suffering from sore feet (mainly the ball of the foot) which the Podiatrist calls
Metatarsalgia
. Also have fallen arches which doesn't help. Wearing good quality trainers with arch support & soft insoles helps.

Painful feet and bruised legs
I have had complex surgery on my feet to treat
metatarsalgia
(pain under the front of the foot). It was not very successful but they had become less painful until recently when I started to get increased pain as well as paraesthesiae and numbness, which is almost certainly B12 deficiency.

Injury prone
I'm 70 and was really proud when I graduated but 1 week later I was on the IC with
Metatarsalgia
which lessened when I was fitted with orthopaedic inserts. I started running again going back to week 5 and working up to completing C25K again. Week 9 day 3 I felt a twinge in my Achilles.
