In June I been having a dry throat I started a lot of acid reflux I am having trouble swallowing saliva not food or drinks. My throat is sore off and on my stomach bloated I have a cough I can feel the acid reflux going down my throat I have a swelling of my left upper quadrant on stomach I am scared

Hi Rockhound,It's only been a few weeks, it could be anything. You maybe have a stomach ulcer which are often treated by antibiotics these days. Or a hernia (the lump?). But I don't know, I'm trying to give you more options.

On the other hand, in the UK if it's suspected you have cancer of any kind they'll check you out PDQ, it must be the same there so, really, you need to see a doctor.
