My story won't apply to everyone, of course, but you may find a nugget worth considering. I've had mild RLS intermittently for forty years until it recently worsened. D3 lowers estrogen in blood!
I bought a kiddie pool so I could lay out and get some sunshine. I grew up on an island and I love the water ... ANY water! So I bought it solely for my enjoyment. Then I come across this article from Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center on how D3 lowers estrogen and this interests me because I recently

TSH Levels 2 Year Post Thyroidectomy
Hi everyone, I had a total thyroidectomy in February 2021. I have not felt well for the past 6+ months and getting worse. I went through a divorce from a 27-year marriage as well as possibly being in menopause so I take these factors into account with my symptoms. I have difficulty sleeping - I sleep

Cabazitaxel and estrogen patch
My brother has CRPC and is receiving Cabazitaxel+Relugolix. Denosumab and Zoledronic acid don't work for him. I suggested an Estrogen patch to both maintain bone density and ameliorate hot flashes. His oncologist said that an Estrogen patch would interfere with the Cabazitaxel. I can't find any literature

uptake increase one spot only
In the PET SCAN world, I’m curious, what happens when one spot shows an increase in avid/activity, but everything else shows stability or even decreases? My scans have been stable and favorable this past year (praise Jesus) after starting letrozole/ibrance 16 mos ago for bone only, lobular, ER+. I have

Sensitive- Questions about early loss/MC
Hello Unfortunately my HCG tests confirm that I'm having a MC (at 5.5 weeks) 😪 Last time I had a mc, I found out at my 7 week scan. The sac was empty and I was given misoprostol by EPU to move things along. This was the most horrendous experience of my life, I was in so much pain, having contractions
