FET start without a bleed? Another dose of norethiserone!!!!

has anyone started FET without a bleed? I had notethisterone 5 days and no bleed. Had scan and blood and lining was slightly think and bloods showed estrogen and progesterone high so gave me more norethisterone for 7 days.

I have finished them 2 days ago and now waiting for a bleed. I really hope it works,

Has anyone had few doses of norethisterone before to induce a bleed or similar situation? Has anyone had FET without a bleed orknow what the clinic would suggest next?
