Meditation to increase low Interoception

This article that was shared with me recently, not as an official recommendation for my son, but to bring it to my attention. It caught my attention when he described that when he finishes the meditation (from that deep down meditative state) he could actually sense the blood flowing around his body, naturally I thought autonomic and how this could help someone with low interoception.

Also. I just watched Lisa Best's interview with Julie and she mentioned she did this program and meditates daily and helped her together with her integrated Re-Active program and her Long Covid Dietician.
