Wishing all members of our Afiber forum a Peaceful and Healthier 2025.

Three recommendations:

1. A trouble shared is often a trouble halved.

2. Remember that one of the best antidotes to AF is to avoid stress as much as possible.

3. For Ectopics slow deep breathing coupled with, if possible, meditation is also very helpful in a lot of situations.

Your like should be more but when I tried to add mine it went to “unlike” instead and I was only able to get it back to the 9 it had been, so it really should be at least 10 “likes”!
