Hi, I have noticed that having my smart speaker on all night listening to quiet music and meditation talk has improved my sleep quality. (Free on YouTube)It's definitely worth a try! Good luck! I hope others find this useful.

I leave audiobooks on all night I find it soothing .If mmy RLS starts I put in my ear buds as I do stretches it's a great distraction. I get free audiobooks on YouTube

I put the radio on sleep mode for 20 minutes -- and listen to the News talk repeats of the day!

Usually never hear it turning off!😅

I listen to the radio all night long, repeats from day time programmes including News talk, I can't bear it when it's just me and my rls!

Same here! Soft voice on audiobook like Braiding Sweetgrass, 528 hz Healing music, meditation app every night and sometomes all night seems to distracr from the process that causes RLS. It helps but I need both the auditory distraction and methadone.

I also use music at night it’s a good distraction. i like listening to ballads i use my iphone and look on youtube for the music i like. A lady who was a member of the Yahoo group i belonged to before any other RLS group was available had a website with what she did for her RLS and music was one of her tricks she used and that’s when i started to use music

There is an app called Insight Timer which has a good collection of free stuff.

Meditations of all kinds-especially relaxation. Some famous names in there. Tara Brach etc.

One can pay for premium and get more stuff - but I get on well with the free version.

I agree! I have yet to make it through a sleep meditation. I still wake up 3-4 times a night, restart the meditation a get back to sleep within minutes.
