Quite probably but keep an eye on it.
I have taken 5mg of Bisoprolol once daily in the early morning for the past 8 years as a heart control measure in response to what is now persistent vagal atrial fibrillation. My lowest blood pressure measured over a recent 2 wk diary period was never less than 117/60 and typically significantly higher. I would counsel caution as even a small increase in dosage could give rise to problems with side effects such as those you mention but which may on the other hand dissappear quite quickly of their own accord if you persist! My only problem with Bisoprolol is a tendency towards feeling faint on moving too rapidly from a sitting position or rushing up stairs.Hope this is helpful.
Hard to say really ......... you mention your blood pressure but don't tell us what it is. You only state your heart rate. Therefore it all depends on what your heart rate was originally on 5mg before it was increased to 6.5mg. Do you mean 6.25mg or 7.5mg ?
Another thing - as a former user of Bisoprolol 5mg - it is only available in the following strengths ........ 1.25, 2.5, 3.75, 5, 7.5, and 10 mgs. Also It is primarily a heart rate control drug, with some features that make it suitable to assist with blood pressure control. I had a total of some 12 years on Bisoprolol and had problems at first (random, full flow nose bleeds) because I was told to take it in morning. I also found that it would also cause my heart rate to drop even lower than yours - down to 44 or 46 bpm. I had a moan to my GP and she said take it at night ......... never a problem after that, with either heart rate which stablilised at around 64 or with nose bleeds. Never. Years later I was switched to Nebivolol 5mg I continued taking it at night - again, no problems.
It does take some getting used to, and equally, if you have to stop it ever, then, it is a drug that requires careful, gradual withdrawal from.
I take 10mg each morning and yes this could be what is causing any fluctuations so best discuss with your medic, you could also try taking it at night which might suit you better.

Could be and some people do adjust to it - key here is how you feel as everyone is different and a BP deemed low for one person is actually fine but won’t be for another - if you continue to feel like that I’d check back with consultant as to me the dose may be lowering your BP too much - mine went to low and I had to come off Bisoprolol as can’t live your life on the verge of passing out or feeling like you will
Contact your medical support about your BP and maybe the dosage of bisoprolol should be adjusted. That BP is very low, for most people.
