Recommendations for physio Therapists
Hello! I have a really good physio who has helped me a lot, however he doesn’t specialise in Endo. Can anyone recommend a Physio who specialises in Endo? To help with pelvic floor, pain during Sex ect. Preferably in East Midlands. I have never been referred to Physio, pain management or anything like

It is with great pleasure that I announce I am finally in remission! After 4 years dealing with PMR I am back and a better version of me! I want to thank everyone in this forum who supported me, answered questions and calmed my nerves. I was a frightened, very sick women when I joined this group.

Conceiving after Mirena removal
Hello, has anyone has difficulty getting pregnant after having a Mirena coil removed? I’ve never had a baby and would like to conceive and have been trying for 6 months with nothing. My period is so much lighter than before I had the Mirena (although day 1 is medium flow). Would anyone recommend taking

Don't confuse 'DHA' with 'DHEA' like I did!
Happy Sunday morning! I was doing a little research this morning as I was increasingly bothered by the idea that I had been taking fish oil with EPA and DHA for over a year now and recently read so much on here about what I thought was DHA's negative effect on fertility for some women. However

Depression Vs Chronic Pain
My whole life I have battled this demon of depression. And so many doctors, and so many different meds, which all would eventually just STOP. After I broke my neck 10 years ago, my life changed so dramatically that I was left with severe Chronic pain and post traumatic migraine syndrome (yes, apparently
