I am in the medical field. Unfortunately, for some of us (not all) have a genetic and an environmental problem. But i want to be positive for those who haven't exhausted all their opinions. The good news is that there are genetic tests that can determine how your body breaks down the metabolites

I am in a tricky situation. I am a celiac and have For 2 years now. Everything was well until I was put into levo 50mcg things got worse Feb 2020. B12 Tablets because of Lockdown?
I have recently been told I have low b12 and iron levels after suffering from heart palliations and tingling hands and feet for about 6 weeks. I have been given 50mcg Cyanocobalamin and told to take a multivitamin for 2 months and then retest. My concern is that my diet is fairly decent eating

HAIR CARE
One of you ladies mentioned Nioxin #3 Shampoo for thinning hair. I would like to order this shampoo but would like to know if it actually stops the hair from falling out. I don't want to spend money on it if my hair is going to fall out anyway. Someone else also mentioned Nizoral Shampoo and Conditioner

Should I go to the hospital?
I have done it many times (usually with suicide thoughts) . I am even considering ECT , even though it doesn't help that much.

Problems sleeping ?
My wife was advised to take fish oil so she went to Costco and got a bottle of Kirkland Krill Oil. After a week or so, she found her sleep had greatly improved. Krill oil and cannabis have made sleeping much better too. Y'all might give it a try. No hangover, unless you chase with Everclear. Cheers

Peppermint oil - bad reaction
Anyone experienced this? GP prescribed peppermint oil having had IBS for years. Have tried everything else. Made my symptoms (excessive gas, gurgling, trapped wind) much worse. I only took for one day - 0.4ml an hour before lunch and dinner. Should I persevere or abandon?

Suddenly can't run anymore?
Just some background info -- I am a 20 year old female who has been running since I was about 7. I competed competitively in high school with some good results had a proper coach ect, so without bragging, I feel like running comes pretty 'naturally' to me, and have never understood people who don't feel

Something I've read on a site called "Gutsense" it also talks about fibre
What you‘ve just learned isn‘t an invitation to consume unlimited fats, animal or vegetable alike, as Dr. Atkins once recommended. Dietary fat digests almost completely and the excess is deposited under the skin as fat for storage. The “excess” is the difference between the fat used by the body for energy
