I am trying to manage with RX Advil (600mg) & Tylenol, acupuncture, PT, and massage. Some days are worse than others. Today my acupuncturist RX'd me Chinese herbs that will relax the muscles and replace the steroids that my body is missing naturally.

I cannot do massage as the pain is so bad when they work with me all I do is cry . So that is out the window. Also he said to sit in a jacuzzi so the Jets can work my legs .I'm going to do all he sujested.

I used to get a weekly massage, and THAT helped as well. But my therapist moved several miles away, so those ended. I recommend BOTH pt AND massage for ANYONE with MS. I can still drive, cook supper five nights a week, clean my house, and go deer hunting. I thank GOD for ALL these things!!

Well tonight I have had my first ever sports massage . yes that's right sports ! Who would ever have thought I would be in that category . Any way I can recommend , wonderful for tight ham strings and shoulders . All followed with a great stretch . Looking forward to tomorrow s run :-)

I was feeling a bit more stiff and tired and sore again and had to deal with a lame horse , the treatment for my horse involved using equissage (Niagara) unit for her. It seemed like a good idea to try it for me. I am happy to say it made a real difference to how i felt, the burning feeling in my neck

My mum is not herself again - always complaining and nothing ever good enough, her leg hurts and the duvet is too heavy so I massage her leg and change the duvet for a lighter one but that's not right either , she says her neck hurts and the pillows feel like they have rocks in so I change them many
