I have tried ice treatment including cryo stimulation treatment, heat, massage, physio all of which has helped a little but I still have pain and my leg feels like there is not enough strength compared to the other leg. I am doing leg strengthening exercises and yoga.

Could be a nice warm bath, a massage, a foam-rolling session, a pint and a roast dinner... whatever works for you.
Anyway, good luck to everyone with races coming up!
