I have seen a physical therapist for

and exercises to do at home, so hoping the tightness and pulling sensation will subside. I really only feel it when I overextend my arm. If anyone also developed cording, let me know what you recommend will help. Best to all.

Frustrated
I had a very good sports

to ease it then went out for a 30 min run 2 days later only to exacerbate it. I've been doing some long walks and a little bit of yoga. I'm seeing a sports physio next Tuesday who worked wonders with a friend's knee so I've decided to wait & see what he recommends.

ball, "heavy" exercise bands, KT tape .....and back to the physio on Tuesday. If logic and application can beat this, I will get there. I enjoyed today's run; Molly will get her 5k walk next.....oh and I had a Flat White.......😋

Eat before an injection, ice the spot, lightly

Kale, mozzarella & roasted apricot salad
In a large bowl,
