Need some advice - hamstring injury
Used my fingers to
massage
out knots. Took ibuprofen at bedtime. Woke up with much less pain and was able to walk a mile with the ๐ this ๐. But my leg aches and everything I read suggests I could be out of action for weeks. Any suggestions for a speedier recovery?

Is it ok to get a massage after embryo transfer?
I want to get a
massage
tomorrow and i"ll be 6 days post embryo transfer (after a 3 day transfer) do you think this is absolutely fine to do this? Or are there any risks here?

Presents for the older runner
Our younger sporty son went for a snazzy
massage
ball (which I used to good effect on my calf as soon as I had opened the present!) and a box full of gels.

Does anyone else suffer from chronic tension headaches?
Nothing will stop it, I've tried
massage
, yoga, chiropractic adjustments, the works. I came to the conclusion that the muscle spasms were being caused by histamine overload and a low histamine/low fodmap diet has helped the problem, but not solved it.

Rigid lower legs and arms
Am exercising them regularly,
massage
etc... does this go away gradually or get worse to your experiences please? It is frightening but need to know if it stops gradually as immune system reboots itself. Any comments would be appreciated. Thank-you. Bruffingtons2

I had my stepmom rub my back this evening and when she hit the area where I feel the arthritis in the upper part of mt back it hurt worse when she hit that area to
massage
it. It hurt bad enough for me to yell out ouch. What should I do about this or is there anything that can be done?

Migraine tablet helping
I've been able to move my arms enough to
massage
my neck and shoulders too. I'm not getting too carried away as I've had both gabapentin and nortryptiline help in the past but then the effects stopped. As a sufferer for over 30 years it is amazing to find a tablet that helps.

A Running-Not-Boxing Boxing Day
And I got hubby a 66fit
massage
stick for his ailing calf muscles, hoping that will help him get off the IC and back to running. Even without having run, it already feels heavenly rolling our legs with it! ๐ And one of the big surprises was a hydration running backpack.

Constant Lower Abdominal Pain But No Change in Bowels - Getting Desperate
When I
massage
the area I hear gurgling, like liquid sloshing around. On the left, I can also feel what I think might be my colon - a long, sausage-like shape which is tender when I apply quite a bit of pressure.

Shoulder pain following open heart surgery. One year on!
I have had a
massage
which resolved the issue for a week or so. Has anyone else suffered from this? If so, what treatment would you recommend? I am reluctant to go to my GP because of COVID. Thank you ๐
