Scar tissue

Been a while since posted I still have lump on shaft under the frem still after a year went to docs says it grizel scar tissue after 2nd circumcision from infection told me to leave it like it was nothing when I told him it was uncomfortable sore and impossible to masturbate with it being uncomfortable can't get appointment with urologist yet was thinking of getting vitamin e oil to try brake down this scar was looking for suggestions on what the best and tec to massage to help it I do have trop stroid cream from last year when doc gave me for tight for skin work tht be useful?
