I’ve recently been made redundant and I’m thinking of retraining as a sports massage therapist. I attended a fantastic taster course yesterday and gave and received massages all day!

I was thinking I’d maybe have a bath and soak my achey legs but after I’d got home and stretched and rolled on my massage balls a bit, then had my porridge, glass of water and a coffee… I got my foot massager out that my daughter had bought me for my birthday and sat and enjoyed 10 minutes of foot massage
CRAMP !
It eased with massage and stretching so my question is - how to prevent it as I'm sort of happy with how training is going and don't want to scupper my plans . Third time lucky and all that.
Nearly didn’t run….
Hearing him come home again and let the cats upstairs … having a massage from my Maine Coone cross girlie which was quite nice … and then I finally got annoyed with myself and got up. And I NEVER lie in bed once I’m awake.. don’t know what was up with me.

HHM Training - Week 5 Day 6 (Second attempt)
I’ve been using the massage gun on it and stretching as much as I can but there is a problem. Once I hit 7.5K I had to make a decision about continuing to run around the park or to run through it. I decided to run through it which was a great decision since I finished almost exactly at my car.
