I read a post on here quite awhile back from someone who was using pelvic floor physical therapy to address various post treatment issues. I decided to follow up to see if it could help with my intermittent ED and/or my constant no ejaculation and aorgasma (two related but diff things for me). Took a LONG time to find a physical therapist trained in the area and she admitted up front that it is a relatively new and not documented treatment area, and that they are using and modifying techniques developed for other issues to address ejaculation issues and ED. After four weeks of once a week treatment I am now ejaculating with moderate volume if coaxed to the point by a somewhat long erotic full body massage!!!! Strangely, however, no improvement yet if engaging in more affirmative action/sexual activity. Then, I still dont ejaculate or orgasm...still, however a great improvement after 4 weeks after 2 years of nada..... been using pelvic floor exercises and two manual manipulation techniques. I will get formal name of the procedures she does and follow up with an edit giving the names in a few days.

Ejaculation return
There are so many variables to be able to regain the ability to ejaculate
After TURP surgery I had retrograde ejaculation -- sperm went back into my bladder. After HIFU surgery for prostate cancer no ejaculation but orgasm still achieved.
Ejaculation back with fair amount if volume!!! But so far only after extended foreplay, massage with focus on me. Still have intermittent ED issues and when I am more proactive, in please her mode (more.my historic self) if I do achieve erection I still dont cum... weird. Done to me, passively, i cum. I engage, i dont. Anybody have any ideas?
What procedure did you have in the first place that caused lack of ejac.
Ah interesting that you can recover and have ejc after that What type of therapy did you have
Btw in stl too
I don't think after my surgery there is a chance to regain ejc.
