CBT - How low can you go?
I am 43. If I wrote a book and managed to cover every trauma I have experienced, without missing anything it would be several volumes long and even I wouldn't believe all that crap happened to 1 person. I know me personally and I hardly believe it. I remember things in my life that were very likely

Hello. I wish the best for everyone.
Looks like it was last October when I joined this forum. I haven't introduced myself yet. May I describe myself in a metaphor? I seem to be someone stuck off the side of the highway of life. I can't seem to keep up with the traffic. I feel like the world and everyone around me is operating at a speed

Self help tips for depression
My son is just over a year in from his TBI and physically doing really well - all the remaining problems disappearing gradually. The only issue he has left is the depression. The meds do work and recently he’s had an amazing few weeks but once again he’s dipped - it’s almost as if the meds have stopped

I dared to dream
After a failed fresh transfer last year we were waiting for my period to start so we could have our grozen transfer in April. Due to PCOS, my periods are always late. At 57 days I did a pregnancy test because a child I teach had shingles and my pregnant teaching assistant was advised to get checked out

Husband Passed Away Last Week
So, my sweet, sweet husband Andy passed away last week due to alcoholic liver cirrhosis. He was a wonderful man with an addiction to alcohol. Eight months ago he found out he had this and quit drinking completely. Sadly, though completely sober for 8 months, he hadn't completed alcohol dependency counseling

Great counseling for family and children services
Growing up I really never realized the importance of mental health or just even the importance of knowing how to process and deal with emotions. I truly recommend Child Link counseling program. They specialize in families and children. They are really open and they will definitely take the time to talk
