Feeling weightless, deep relaxation to tune up para-sympathetic mode, the
magnesium
in the water...a whole hour of simply being. Deep, deep medicine. Especially key for the whole health of my second #kidneytransplant. I share this as kidneys and blood pressure have an important relationship.

Magnesium
to use as a supplement, I presently get mine from Holland and Barrett, they are probably ok but you have no way knowing the quality of the product. Thank you. Bluesman

New to this group and looking to learn
I would like to follow a more natural treatment route for now so I've increased my supplements by taking a bone builder with calcium,
magnesium
, K, and D along with halting all caffeine and alcohol which, honestly, is more difficult than I wish to admit because I enjoy both.

Recommendations for magnesium supplements
I’ve not been supplementing this for a while as I find it upsets my stomach. I’d like to reintroduce it, any stomach friendly recommendations would be welcome.
