Palpitations and Magnesium
I've read that
magnesium
can help with palpitations. Has anyone already on heart meds (I'm on atorvastatin, aspirin, ramipril and amlodipine) tried taking it for that purpose? I've suffered from them for many years, starting long before my HA but they have gotten a lot worse recently.

Confusing results
Since the first test in November I have been taking Vit D with VitK and
Magnesium
, vitamin B12 and Folate. Could this have made so much difference? I feel a little better than in December but still more tired and fuzzy brained than before my dose reduction. He didn’t repeat my cholesterol sadly.

I'm confused because I know you have to be careful not to take
magnesium
with other things, iron, vitamin D, folic acid (?), etc. Thank you so much!

Hello I have been taking k2mk7 in conjunction with calcium
magnesium
citrate and D3. I started getting a dull nagging pain in my calf and had blood test showing elevated d dimer indicative of blood clot. I have a scan tomorrow.

B12/Folate
In the mean time, I took electrolytes,
magnesium
, iron, D, ammonia reducing amino acids, etc. I noticed B1 made a significant different. Then I added in methyl B vitamin complex (again), and I improved even more. A couple months ago, I added 3,000mcg Adeno/Hydroxo B12 and 800mcg folate.

Your thoughts on husband’s recent thyroid and iron labs would be appreciated
His TFTs were done on both occasions before 8.30 on an empty stomach and having ceased taking all supplements for 10 days prior He takes: B complex with folate Vit D Iron Vit C Selenium
Magnesium
His folate and ferritin levels are still in his boots and only creeping up.

Pill in pocket - help! does anyone know what I should do?
At some point in the near future, I do want to try and come off the bisop again as I’ve been trying out many different things with my diet and taking
magnesium
and vitamin D especially (I’m insufficient in Vitamin D after recent blood test) but it struck me I don’t know what to take if I have a break
