The revolution we are living through, the need for simplicity and a few controversial considerations.
Magnesium
is the anti-stress mineral. It regulates cortisol (the stress hormone) and the locus coruleus (the region that controls fear and stress, more damaged than the famous "sustantia nigra" of dopamine at the onset of Parkinson's). Norepinephrine is synthesised from dopamine and vitamin C.

Burning legs
I have just suggested he try
magnesium
which helps my RLS a bit. He is taking paracetamol and codeine at night which allows a bit of sleep. Other than that he wanders around then listens to the wireless half the night. I would be so grateful for any help. Oh.

Want to stop Prolia
I take raw calcium, vit d3,
magnesium
. I also take long walks and, up until a recent wrist fracture, did kettlebells. I find that the medical establishment ( which I was professionally a part of) is narrow minded and pro big Pharm.

Parkinson's could be otherwise.
SEVERITY OF SYMPTOMS ...the severity of Parkinson's symptoms is related to deficiencies of certain substances, as well as vitamins and phytonutrients: cholesterol (Huang 2011, 2019);
magnesium
(Barbiroli 1999); vitamin D (Liu 2014), etc.

Armour Thyriod (blood work results)
I do supplement with liquid iron, d3, and
magnesium
spray daily. Since three weeks ago started to feel fatigue and depression. FYI at that time I started Accutane 40mg once daily for acne. Today the dermatologist increased it to 60mg. I’ve heard this medication affects thyroid.

Cold Laser and EMDR!
I credit most of that to a high dose of
magnesium
theronate! Look at my previous post! I haven’t experienced anxiety in almost a month. None! I hope this finds someone who needs it. Live your life as much as possible like you don’t have PD! Cheers!

Constipation while stopped drinking alcohol
I have some tricks (
magnesium
pills, massaging the area around the location) both are at least doing something for me, but still. Sometimes it takes so much energy and almost a dayjob (6 hours or a full day to pas a stool).

Ectopic beats all day everyday and now sharp stabbing pain.
She did want to run more tests on my blood; potassium and
magnesium
, so rang her registrar and he said no, just send her home. She told me she thinks they’re ectopic beats. The app on my phone (which is the same app that diagnosed my dad with this atrial fibrillation) shows my heart as irregular.

Vitamin schedules??
I take the following vitamins Omega 3, K2, Vit D, Boron, Vit A,
Magnesium
with B12, B complex & Folate. Does anyone take the same vitamins & have a schedule I could follow? I'm not sure if some of them can be taken together.

Feeling a bit lost and stressed. Would like to have a child. Any advice for a vegetarian with a healthy BMI and PCOS amenorrhea?
I'd like to have children so I have been decreasing the gluten I consume and taking omega 3, 6 & 9,
magnesium
multi vitamins, vitamin D3, probiotics and I have just started Myo+ D-chiro inositol and vitex berry, I haven't noticed a difference yet.

Can a burning pain in the buttocks be part of RLS symptoms ?
I have had RLS for a few years, have on the whole been able to manage the pain in the legs without medication by walking around at night, massages, arnica or
magnesium
spray; and taking iron supplements. In May I underwent tests confirming again low levels of ferritin and iron etc.
