How long to get back to NSR after a colonoscopy?
It involved 3 days of a low fibre diet with lots of water, during which I had to stop Apixaban and blood pressure tablets and my vitamin D and C and
Magnesium
. Then came a day of foul laxatives (2 litres 😖😖😖) and hours on the loo.

I stopped all meds - ferrous fumarate and vitamin supplements (b complex b12 folate vit d
magnesium
) for a week before doing this latest blood test. Test was done as fasting before 8am So I don’t really drink - so not understanding what’s going on with liver.

New supplement
So far
Magnesium
and Vitamin D and Omega3 Supplements have been working well for me. But recently I feel like I need a little kick. I don’t take any meds just supplements. Has anyone tried it and if so do you recommend it?

Approx 390-400 days not out ,then caught and bowled by the Afib monster 👹
Take
magnesium
supplement every day also. 1 x50 mg tablet am , 2x50 mg tablet flec pm. So has it just finally caught up with me again ? For now I have upped it to 2x50 mg am and pm . Hoping this can hold it off … if it fails I will seriously cut back training again .

IBS general: my experience
Also, do not get vitamins with high calcium and
magnesium
content, as in large doses these carbonates will consume your stomach acid, and
magnesium
will give you diarrhoea (it is a laxative).

I need some information on
magnesium
. My labs show I'm low but still within the normal range and the doctor advised to take the supplement daily. Ive been taking 500mg of plain
magnesium
and started to develop severe insomnia and a lot of intense, crazy dreaming.

Diverticular disease, IBD or IBS?
The only thing that helps me is having a good bowel movement like using
Magnesium
in the morning before my morning walk. He's a good doc and he's trying but the pain and cramping continue.
