Hi, Will someone give me a good slap for being an old fool ,still off the 0.180 micrograms so halved the o.350 micrograms 2 nights ago and managed to cope ,then last night I thought I wold be smart Alec and took no pramipexole ,was up all night legs doing the highland fling calmed down now ,will not be doing that again ,should never ignore advice given by knowledgeable people who know what they are talking about sorry guys ,going to see Doc Wednesday for a talk ,last time they did not no much ,going back on the 0.350 tab tonight and come down slowly as you said ,does Magnesium cream work on legs. Keep up the good work you are a god send .

Sadly, magnesium cream won't help much while going through dopamine agonist withdrawal.You're doing really, really well without any extra help. I take my hat off to you. I needed tramadol every 4 hours and cannabis during the withdrawal stage, and even those didn't really help.
Talk to your doctor about replacement meds and raising your serum ferritin above 100, preferably 250 as it can reduce some of the worst withdrawal symptoms and helps RLS long term.
If you will be replacing the Pramipexole with pregabalin or gabapentin, it's best to start them about 4 to 5 weeks before you drop the last dose of Pramipexole.
