Hi,

I’ve been reading a lot of good reviews about L-Theanine for anxiety.

So far Magnesium and Vitamin D and Omega3

Supplements have been working well for me.

But recently I feel like I need a little kick.

I don’t take any meds just supplements.

Has anyone tried it and if so do you recommend it?

I take it especially before caffine as it helps to not get jitters. It’s supposed to be calming.

I used to be a big time caffeine consumer. It will be nice to have caffeine again if this L-Theanine helps.

Me too, I know it’s not a cure but it be nice to calm the anxiety down.

I don’t think there is a cure most of the time. I think most people learn and grow mentally and learn skills to deal with it. Some people need meds too.

They also say it somehow enhances coffee. Coffee is a psychotropic which has feel good and focusing properties. This may elevate each other according to healthline. Now when people are prone to slamming down cups of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee they never get the real benefit of coffee which is more subtle. If you take time to drink a smaller higher quality you can get those benefits. Getting this from micheal pollan. So I’m curious to had this into my morning routine.
