Another disappointing endocrinologist - Cornwall
22 up to around 100, and said “whatever you’re doing, keep at it”. my low cortisol would not cause insomnia and she had never heard any patients with low cortisol complain of sleep problems She asked whether I took a multivitamin tablet - upon the advice here, I take the recommended supplements, K,
magnesium

Research into Magnesium and RLS/PLMS
I know that the use of
Magnesium
to control/treat RLS is considered at best unproven and at worst controversial, but I - and various others - have found dosing with
Magnesium
Citrate very helpful.

Magnesium supplements and atrial flutter.
Are
magnesium
supplements beneficial in controlling atrial flutter? Is evidence from personal experience or clinical studies available?

Parkinson's could be otherwise (2).
But we already know many antidotes: anti-stress
magnesium
, epigenetic measures, Mediterranean diet and phytotherapy, etc.

Am I overmedicated? Advice sought please
I'm also taking Super B complex daily and
magnesium
. My question is - as T4 is over range do I need to reduce Levo? Is poor conversion due to vitamin levels not being at optimum range?

Pvcs
Started taking two daily
magnesium
taurate from biocare a couple of weeks ago. Does anyone know when they kick in, if they do? I have asked about pvcs previously and apologies for mentioning again but getting to my wits end. They make me feel so nauseous, just like when afib appeared pre ablation.

Takes time but getting better
It is a long and often painful journey but my experience is that I/we am/are getting quite a lot back brainwise but very slowly. At the moment I'm on immune suppressants to stop my brain inflaming itself and any infection is potentially fatal. I'm also on anti-biotics to treat a water infection or UTI

Epsom salt bath
I have heard it can really help with muscular aches and pains, plus is it a way to get
magnesium
into the body? My lad tells me it’s also really relaxing ☺️ Thank you .

Feeling more like my 'old self'
Magnesium
. Ashwaghanda, this has had a significant effect on reducing stress and anxiety, with the bonus of improved quality of sleep. Enzyme Multi This has reduced belching and burping. Ordinary Gaviscon, morning and night (20ml, 4 spoonfuls) per dose.

16+ years since dx and what we’ve learned
The supplements he takes now are: B1 hcl (2100 mg), B12, B2,
magnesium
threonate, lithium orotate, Biokult probiotic, D3/K2, melatonin, and boron. Thinking of adding B3, B6 and NAC, although I’m confused about which to try- N-acetyl l-tyrosine or N-acetyl cystine.

Went to ER for asthma exacerbation, tested positive for Omicron and some pneumonia on X-ray
They sent me home after IV steroids, IV
magnesium
and a RX for antibiotics. Not a lot of details about what to do or expect. I am vaccinated and boosted and got COVID anyway. I am pretty miserable- cough, SOB, tired and I think jittery from lots of prednisone.

Changing brands of T4 - will I notice any difference?
The ingredients in Thyrofix other than levothyroxine sodium are: - Powdered cellulose - Croscarmellose sodium - Colloidal anhydrous silica - Microcristalline cellulose -
Magnesium
stearate For comparison, the extra ingredients in the Belgian brand are lactose, talc, maize starch and
