I started taking spray
magnesium
and I experienced belly aches, not sure if it’s just me but even when I took tablet form a while ago it affected me in a bad way. Just wondering if that’s my body saying I don’t need it or it just doesn’t like it. Any thoughts? hope everyone is doing good.

For my fellow Restless Leg Syndrome sufferers
At follow up appointment to discuss results with Neurologist I mentioned that my RLS symptoms had slowly got better ( although not gone) as I increased my thyroid hormone - I’m on Armour Thyroid NDT (still not yet optimal after 2.5 years, but slowly getting there) and high- dose
magnesium
.

zinc supplements
I take
magnesium
and that’s reaching top of normal and I take omega 3. I’m just starting B12 supplements but she says I’m in normal range 224 pg/mL (197-771) so no real need but take them if I want.

Is it RLS or something else?
Not foam rolling, not stretching, not
magnesium
, not chamomile tea before bed. I had a cortisone injection in the right hip in March 2022 (was not on Lexarpro at the time) , and it settled a few weeks after that. A placebo effect, maybe?

T4 only, TSH suppressed
is my only real dairy, but reluctant as it's a good probiotic and helps keep my protein intake up. ) My joints also feel achy and stiff again (but i ran out of glucosamine 3 days ago, so could be from that) and my digestion is playing up again, despite consumption of chia and flax seeds, prunes and

Bone Density - Dexa
But I take vitamin K2, vitamin D,
magnesium
, boron, etc. I do not take calcium. Or perhaps the cause is E2<12 pg/mL. I have that covered too. But doctors persist in prescribing harmful Bisphosphonates & Denosumab (Prolia / Xgeva).

high cholesterol taking D3
I’m now worried as to avoid taking Alendronic acid for osteopenia I’ve been taking D3+K2 and
magnesium
. I’ve just had my blood test results although D3 hasn’t come through yet, but my bad cholesterol has increased from 5.75 to 7.81 and the only thing I can link to this is taking D3.

magnesium, potassium, taurine combo supplement?
I'm aware
magnesium
has been discussed and recommended but wasn't ware of the combination. Does anyone take all 3 or have any links to other articles regarding the benefits? Does anyone have a UK source of a combination supplement for all 3? Thanks! Greg

Timing of Magnesium L-Threonate dosage
(For those who are unfamiliar, this type of
magnesium
is purported to help with cognitive function. I cut the dose in half as a test, and lo and behold, I’ve been experiencing some brain fog.) TIA.

Timings of taking vitamins/supplements
I have read conflicting things online about whether to take zinc and
magnesium
together - some say you definitely shouldn't, others say you should! And iron should be taken away from zinc/B12 complex right? Is it ok shortly before the
magnesium
/zinc/vit D/k2? Thank you!

Experimenting on myself, don't all try this at home
I also took CoQ10,
Magnesium
and organic garlic or sometimes tumeric supplements. I noticed some changes in the one month, supsrisingly the changes were LESS palpitations. I also monitored my blood pressure and it was always average, never too high.
