Magnesium is 4 hours away from levo. T3 is better absorbed than levo however there isn't the same info on what affects absorption so we tend to treat it the same as levo .

thank you . I have been taking 5htp with T3 . Saw the ingredients it has 50mcg of magnesium glycinate

I don't know how you dose your thyroid meds but I take half of my combo first thing and half last thing. That leaves the whole day free for other meds and supplements.
