calm magnesium powder

I love the calm magnesium powder, helps with relaxation & constipation.

However, I don’t know its effect on Diabetis type 2 & hemophilia A factor 8 inhibitors. I started giving a small dose to my husband & saw improvement in memory.( he has dementia )Sadly he also has diabetes 2 & hemophilia A. I May have to stop giving him calm powder as his factor 8 results are very low, inhibitors are still present. It may not be related to calm magnesium powder!

I know this is a thyroid group I am posting to.. related to calm magnesium powder! Any feedback would be appreciated!

have you seen Dr Jason Fung on YouTube how to reverse diabetes, intermittent fasting. Might help find your question. Also if you type it into search bar for more answers.

I would guess it is ok for diabetes as don’t think it raises sugar, carbs or insulin!

Hi Suzi, I have no idea about this powder and it's effects on diabetes etc but would it not be ok to switch to magnesium supplements in tablet form? Taking Vitamin C, B vitamins like Thorne Basic B and zinc could possibly help his dementia.

We can get it here in the UK, I use it to aid bowels as it's magnesium citrate. You just use as much or as little as you need.

Natural Vitality Calm magnesium supplement

It's usually cheapest here:

A little bit cheaper at Amazon today which is unusual

I think magnesium is supposedly beneficial for lowering blood sugar.

So maybe if anyone with diabetes is on medication, this may require adjustment, if you’re seeing these benefits… it would be best to talk to your diabetic nurse/practice pharmacist or GP see if this supplement is safe with certain conditions and medications.
