Are your pictures from this link?

I wouldn't buy this for the following reasons :

1) It contains iodine which is not recommended for anyone with thyroid disease.

2) There are multiple forms of selenium, B6 and B12, Vitamin A, Magnesium, and Vitamin E. Some forms of certain nutrients are better than others for people with thyroid disease. The ingredient list isn't forthcoming on exactly which forms they have used.

Just as an example, this link describes the various types of Vitamin B12 :

Some people do okay on cyanocobalamin, but many of us prefer methylcobalamin, and might take adenosylcobalamin as well. Some people who inject B12 use either cyanocobalamin or hydroxocobalamin.

Hi yes it is, i have used this company before for magnesium complex but came across this too, i thought it may contain something not recommended & also maybe not ideal doses of other ingredients🤷‍♀️. I will just order my magnesium as planned. Thanks for your reply.

No, I wouldn’t take them either. There is a lot of vitamin A - 100% of your daily requirement but only 50% of your vitamin D3. I wouldn’t take iodine either.

I wouldn’t want to take anything that doesn’t tell you what type of B12 you are taking either. Read humanbean’s link.

I just think you are better to test and take what vitamins / minerals you need when you need them rather than taking a general multivitamin that may or may not meet your needs.
