Antibiotic therapy. Now I have severe insomnia
It seemed to stop after I began taking
magnesium
again, though.

Cracked it .... and then it came back !
Hi everyone, A while ago I posted about how my RLS had virtually gone following the use of vitamin B1, in addition to the usual
magnesium
. Fennel also appeared to help.

Advice for travelling with AFib
I'm taking with me enough propafenone, bisoprolol (as PiP),
magnesium
glycinate and some Rehydromix (our brand of electrolites in small dosage bags). Also I'm taking a small bp meter to check my blood pressure since I stopped with bisoprolol. And planning to take one anxyolitic before the flight.

Carnivore Diet - Can't solidly recommend it
I used salt,
Magnesium
supplements and cream of tartar for potassium. Earlier in the experiment I had severe body aches, which is what led me to seek electroytic support, and this resolved the problem.

Pulsating feeling in lower leg
I have recently started taking
magnesium
for ectopic heartbeats , I also take beta blockers for the same problem but have been on those for a while now so maybe it could be the
magnesium
?

Guess what? Your body has changed and will never be the same.
I take a calcium tablet with vitamin D and
magnesium
. I eat good but if I want a cookie, I eat it. I also drink a lot of milk. I work on my farm hard everyday. When I’m tired or fatigued, I keep moving. I read my Bible every morning and spend time in prayer.

Results and Advice Please
I supplement with Vitamin B, B12, D,
magnesium
citrate and glycinate, selenium, zinc, fish oil. I also take LDN (low dose naltrexone) 4.5 mcg. I used to be on high doses (100-125 mcg of levo) and 15 mcg of T3 felt terrible on this - migraines and always felt hypo.
