Hi, I suppose this has been addressed before, but....Is there any reason not to take sublingual B12 around the same time as ndt? Usually I space the sublingual B12 a couple hours away from ndt but figured the B12 is bypassing the digestive system & the ndt is not. My TSH, FT4&3 are all good. Since my ferritin, Vit D, B12, & magnesium have all tanked I'm re-starting all of them. The Vt D (+K2MK7) & others I take much later in the day; mag @night. Thank you for all that all of you do!

If you stop supplementing vitamin levels then they will tank unfortunately. Best to just keep going with the supplements.
I would think a sublingual would be fine taken at a similar time to NDT although B vitamins usually recommended to take in the morning as they give energy.
Do you have some folate or a B complex to take along with B12?
Hi, thanks for the response. Yes, I do have a B complex that I will be starting up in a couple of weeks in the form of sublingual drops-- it does have folate. I didn't stop the Bcomplex after my B12 levels were raised, just got lazy taking it a few times during the week. I paid the price! Thanks, again!
