19 struggling with ectopics
Hi all, I just wanted to come on here for a bit of advice or just to share what I’ve been struggling with recently, I’ve struggled with ectopic beats for over a year now, and they have been manageable as they have predominantly been quite spread out or predictable, and the only bad episodes happening

I have used the better you sprays for a while and they are helpful, but dry my skin out over time. I tried magnesium citrate from Holland and Barrett but the pills are uncomfortable to swallow and didn't seem to help. I then tried the vita biotics brand which contains dihydroxide, and they are great

Iron tablets and T3 timing?
I'm trying to raise my low ferritin (33 at last test) and am taking ferrous sulphate twice a day (will be testing my levels again soon).I was previously taking my T3 meds once a day but am having a bit of trouble tolerating a recent 5mcg increase (was taking 10, now 15mcg) so I'd like to try splitting

Started my grandmother on TTFD
I am my grandmother's primary care taker. I recently learned about HDT and decided to try it on her. Every morning I videotape her eating, which I will use to see if her condition gets better or worse over time. She is 87, having parkinson's for at least 25 years. In the last year her on-state dyskinesia

Omeprazole and RLS
I’ve had worsening RLS for a while and recently realised that my Omeprazole could be a causative factor- I take 10mg daily. I’ve been reading about long term effects of Omeprazole and learned that it can cause lowering of magnesium levels. I’d like to try coming off Omeprazole but wonder how long I’

Managing the symptoms of an overactive thyroid
I have hashimotos, I take levothyroxine. I am ridiculously sensitive to my thyroid levels. At the moment I am going through the menopause, which affects my thyroid levels. They swing up and down. We have fiddled with my meds to get them to the best average and there is no point changing them again because
