Iron tablets and T3 timing?

I'm trying to raise my low ferritin (33 at last test) and am taking ferrous sulphate twice a day (will be testing my levels again soon).I was previously taking my T3 meds once a day but am having a bit of trouble tolerating a recent 5mcg increase (was taking 10, now 15mcg) so I'd like to try splitting the dose into 3.

However, it's hard to fit it all in given that iron should be taken away from thyroid meds.

Does anyone know if T3 is as 'sensitive' to being taken too close to iron tablets? If I need to leave a four hour gap, I doubt I'll be able to fit three doses in per day, given the iron is best taken on an empty stomach.

with careful timing you can still fit iron in.

Timing T3 at roughly 8 hour intervals. Waking, mid afternoon and bedtime

T3 isn’t as sensitive to timing 4 hours gap as levothyroxine

Thanks. I'll see if I can manage a two hour gap (from iron) at least around the mid afternoon T3 dose. .. just don't want to risk not absorbing either of them properly.
