B1/Thiamine dosing
Influenced by a thread here, I started taking 200 mg b1/thiamine a day. Was doing fine, but tried to double that and felt funky. It's so hard to know if it is the b1 or not. I am following the b1 dosing protocol and keeping up on magnesium, sodium and potassium. I am curious about others who does

in response to me requesting help to understand my blood test results seaside susie recommended that I get my doctor to check my iron panel. After some persuasion and despite considering all my results satisfactory, she did agree to do this as I am still suffering from fatigue, joint pain, hair loss

Buzzing/pulsating/vibrating in veins
strange question……. I’ve started getting a buzzing/pulsating vibration in my veins when I’m dropping off to sleep. It’s quite disturbing. It’s through my whole body. I’m sure I’ve read somewhere in another post about it but I can’t find it in the search bar🤷♀️ Is it too much Levo? Or not enough? I

Best Treatment if you’re already on Opioids
Hi, I’ve just arrived. I have only recently begun suffering from RLS. I’m on a ton of very strong pain killers for Fibromyalgia, CRPS, a bowel disorder, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Acute Anxiety & Clinical Depression & more. So my pain meds already include: Diazepam, Oxycodon, Fentanyl Patches, Zapain

Issues starting with Zanubrutinib.
ok so today is day 3 of starting Zanubrutinib. My BP has been high 170/100 most of the time although it wavers slightly. Doesn't really seem to bother me. Yesterday my heart starting feeling weird. Today the nodes on my left side of my throat seem to be really swelling. I think I've read here that that's

Vitamin results are in, advice please.
I finally managed to get a Ferritin test from GP after latest Medichecks showed it had gone down despite taking 20mg of Solgar Gentle Iron. Well, the NHS one shows it’s gone up to 31 from 24 which is amazing really as I haven’t been taking any iron for two weeks!!! So I’m getting no help from them.
