Sciatica
Has anyone in this forum experienced late onset symptoms such as the ones I have described which started well after the
Lupron
was supposedly out of my body?

Strong negative reaction to first Docetaxel treatment
I have responded extremely well to ADT with
Lupron
, prednisone and Zytiga. PSA from 466 to <.10 between February and May. Should I attempt to continue chemo? I am probably willing to try again with some preventative measures thrown in but cannot go through again what I experienced this week.

EBRT - Is it the right thing and what to expect?
After DX in November 2018 with Stage IV and Gleason of 5+4 and 4+5, and 5 years of ADT of
Lupron
(then Orgovyx), prednisone 5mg, and Zytiga 250mg with low fat breakfast, my PSA stayed stable at 0.4 or 0.5. At end of 2013, PSA started rising to latest value of 0.84.

Looking for support in supporting my husband
Currently he is on daily abiraterone 4 -250 mg with
Lupron
injection. He is being treated at MSK in NYC. We are waiting to start radiation treatment. It has only been a couple of months on ADT. For the most part he is handling ADT very well. Some hot flashes and fatigue.

Revised Plot of PSA vs Testosterone: Estrogen vs Lupron ADT
The
Lupron
points (red) and the Estrogen Patch points (Green) seem to have the same behavior. This makes sense, because they have the same mechanism of action (suppression of LH and FSH causing suppression of testosterone).

Good news. Hope it can help others.
Did 6 rounds of docxitacel , Nubeqa twice a day,
Lupron
once a month. Radically changed my diet and lifestyle from the moment I was diagnosed. Try to get rid of stress No sugar, no alcohol, no bread, no red meat, no processed foods whatsoever. As much organic fruits and vegetables as possible.

Still Frustrated
The other doctor wants to start me on Abiraterone, then
Lupron
for 2 years, then 6 weeks later radiation for 5-8 weeks. But right now the meds are being held up by some insurance technicality on the doctor’s end. So bottom line is I’ll probably get the right treatment soon.

urinary bother duration
after SBRT and now in my final months of
lupron
, i still have frequency of urination at night. I had spaceOAR inserted before SBRT. Now at eight months, i was hoping the frequency at night 3-4 times would have abated. Have treat oxybutinin. Nothing.

Can post-BCR use of Tadalafil add risk?
(sure it could have been something else) Though on
Lupron
/Abi since August, we had a <40 testosterone reading scare last month ( I guess I will call the place that gave that reading), though we retested soon after and TT normal at <10.

HDR boost Brachytherapy + IMRT
I’m currently on
Lupron
and Zytiga, and PSA is dropping like a rock. So the PC seems to be responding nicely to hormone therapy. All RO’s I’ve met with want to wait 2-3 months for the ADT to do its thing and shrink the primary tumor and lymph nodes before they that radiation start treatment.

Abiraterone vs Nubeqa
I've been on
Lupron
only for 5 years, metastatic to bones. Generic AA would be the next cheapest step, but I notice my new Medicare drug plan shows $2,800 for a year's worth of Nubeqa. Any advantage to going with Nubeqa other than possible difference in side effects?
