Recurrence after prostatectomy
Prostate bed or wide radiation, length of ADT, just
Lupron
or multiple ADT? I also had prostatectomy, 3.5 years ago and wondering what's in my future.

Can post-BCR use of Tadalafil add risk?
(sure it could have been something else) Though on
Lupron
/Abi since August, we had a <40 testosterone reading scare last month ( I guess I will call the place that gave that reading), though we retested soon after and TT normal at <10.

He went on to radiation of the spinal mets, then
lupron
injections, followed by 6 sessions of chemo (docetaxel), which failed. Sine the he’s had 3 successful years of Abiraterone and prednisone treatment. But now his psa numbers are starting to climb. (From .04- .15 in the last 3 mos.)

reduced mobility and energy on Lupron and lubecka
My husband’s ability to walk and to climb stairs and his energy level is much diminished now that he has been on
lupron
and lubecka for about a year and a half. Is this typical? What do other men taking these drugs do to maintain their energy level and to stay mobile?

PSA not dropping with cabazitaxel
Have had 8 good years after Docitaxal,
Lupron
and 4 years of Zytiga. But mets's started up again in May, 2023. PSA went up to 36. Took 5 rounds of Docitaxal but not working. PSA 46 in December. MO prognosis is 1-1.5 yrs. Switched to cabazitaxel but after 3 rounds PSA is now 59.

Rising PSA
His and has been on
Lupron
for 6 years and recently and added NUBEQA about one year ago. In one year PSA has been rising. Up to 14 now. Dr. Aggarwal says no longer treat PSA # only scan results. Yet, CT with contrast is not definitive. Thoughts? Thank you!

Revised Plot of PSA vs Testosterone: Estrogen vs Lupron ADT
The
Lupron
points (red) and the Estrogen Patch points (Green) seem to have the same behavior. This makes sense, because they have the same mechanism of action (suppression of LH and FSH causing suppression of testosterone).

Where to get Orgovyx?
I got my doc to prescribe Orgovyx rather than
Lupron
. On Medicare with Part D. Turns out Walgreens and Walmart cannot get Orgovyx. CVS said they could route it through a specialty pharmacy but could take 4 weeks. How have those of you taking Orgovyx obtained it, and how long did it take to get it?

Orgovyx + Abiaterone?
But I see several posts of others taking this combo instead of Eligard/
Lupron
. Orgovyx seemed to have a better cardiac profile. Any insight? Thanks.

ADT (Lupron) and creatine?
I am on
Lupron
after RALP (unclear margins) and 35 times ERBT. I do serious weight training and supplement with Whey protein. I am curious about creatine supplement. intake. Is it safe? I have not read anything against, but nothing that makes me feel totally safe about it eather.

Do I need an Oncologist?
After the radiation treatments were over I went back to the Urologist to continue the
Lupron
treatments. My last visit with the Radiation Team was in August 2023 when I was "discharged" after completing the follow up visits.

Current Triplet State
Treatment plan is:
Lupron
injections every 3 mths Daralutamide now daily Chemo every 3rd week (docetaxel) ...this reads properly to you all and is the standard of care? They also want to radiation when chemo is complete.

Treatment options
I am 47 years old diagnosed with PC last month with Gleason score 9(5,4) and was advised ADT treatment with Bicalutamide and followed by
Lupron
30 mg after two weeks. PSA was 77 in Jan and dropped to 23 after starting ADT treatment and already feeling better with much less urinary symptoms.

Leg Pain - 4th Week on Lupron
Hi Friends, I'm on 4th week of ADT (
Lupron
+Abiraterone). Yesterday I started feeling right upper leg pain in the quads area. I'm not sure whether it's bone or muscle pain. But it's getting worse. I can barely walk. At first I was thinking may be I strained it.
