Cerazette - 4th month use
Hello everyone, I'm on my 4th month and pack of Cerazette (POP) now. I've bleed since I started and have a very heavy horrible period (with severe pains too) every 10 days, which lasts 8 days approx. I'm obviously fed up and I know it can take up to 4-6 months for your period to settle/stop, but also

Update
I referred back to the gp again and they won’t take my coil out, but they have referred me back to gynaecology. The don’t want to remove the coil to undo the work the hospital have done until I’ve been back to see them. To help with the bleeding I’ve been given loestrin 20, a low estrigine pill to take

Is lower back pain normal on loestrin 20 (the pill)?
I've seen a gynaecologist and they've put me on the waiting list to see if i can have a laparoscopy to see if i have endometriosis, for the meantime she has put me on the oral contraceptive loestrin 20 to hopefully stop the most of my period, however I've had back pains in my lower back since Monday

Things that work for my hidrenitis!!!
Hey, so I just joined this group to get tips on dealing with hidrenitis and to share some of the things I’ve learned that have worked :) So first off, I had my first outbreak of hidrenitis at 14 (I’m 25 now). At the time I was super embarrassed and it started off as one hard painful cystic acne that

5 weeks post-diagnosis laparoscopy, back on pill, more period pain then ever before!
Hi all, I woke up in pain this morning, more pain then I've ever felt and I need to know if anyone else has ever felt this. I'm almost 28. I had a laparoscopy 5 weeks ago now. Endo was never suspected by the consultant and the only reason I had it was because she was able to see a small cyst on my

Theophylline manufacture discontinued
Please reply to the best of your abilities with the name of any alternative pill for Theophylline. My asthma specialist stated last year that Theophylline is no longer being produced by any drug manufacturer in the US. Theo-24 isn't as good as the Theophylline. Please assist.

Hello, I'm 3 weeks post lap op following a confirmed diagnosis of endo (between bowel and bladder, on uterus and liver), I also had an ovary that was stuck to my uterus detached and said ovary has a cyst on it. I was put on the pill - Rigevidon, on the Monday after surgery (20 days ago) then changed

Headaches
I've just come off of Loestrin 20 for 7 days. I've started a new packet again now. But for the past few days I have had the worst headache. Has anyone else experienced this, even for such a short period of withdrawal?

Gp keeps making me anxious:(
Sorry to post im just struggling and dont know where to turn. I'm 3 weeks into an increase of thyroxine. My tsh came down to 2.6 and ft4 around 18.9. Ft3 5, in November. I was told to stay at the 50mg dose for 3 months. I tested a few weeks earlier than 3 months as I felt unwell again. Tsh had jumped

Pain/PMS management and fertility questions
After being on Loestrin 30 (combined pill) for 8 years I came off it in October 2015 because I was having serious concerns over the safety of taking artificial hormones long term. I was put on the pill aged 15 but felt it hadn't REALLY been my decision. Saying that Loestrin 30 worked pretty well for

Can I ask does anyone take a combined pill and thyroxine?
I've been on the combined pill loestrin 20 for 4 years. I started it as I'd had heavy periods all my life but they became very heavy in 2010 and I struggled for 2 years with horrific mid cycle pain. Horrific long periods that caused flooding. I was struggling and terrified to stand up as I'd feel a

Mini pill: 2 a day
Hi, I am currently taking Loestrin 30 but as I'm waiting for an op and have reduced movement from pain, I am wanting to go back on a mini pill (my grandmother nearly died from clots) My new consultant advised 2 cerelle pills a day?! To stop constant bleeding I had on it before. Has anyone else done

Is coming of the combined pill a good idea?
I went on the pill Loestrin 20 to help my heavy periods 4 years ago. My periods were always heavy and painful but suddenly became extremely heavy and I'd get midcycle spotting and agony during ovulation. I was sent to gynae, had a scan and was told all was clear other than a slightly enlarged womb but
